Cold smoking

Central Air Conditioning for Uniform Treatment
Fresh air, steam and smoke are mixed and the temperature regulated in the plenum chamber before circulation. The prepared air is then blown through specially dimensioned nozzles into the food conditioning room. The central air blending system, together with an ingenious air distribution, ensures the highest uniformity of treatment of the products, even when the plants are charged with varying loads.

The alternating-flap system
The circulation of the air mixture in the food conditioning room is controlled by the Foodco alternating-flap system constantly changing rate and direction of the air stream. The system ensures an absolutely uniform air temperature and humidity at any point in the chamber.

Stainless steel for hygiene and extended life
All parts of the Foodco cold smoking and air-conditioning equipment in contact with air, smoke and moisture, even hidden parts, are made of stainless steel meeting the highest demands on hygiene and gas tightness - even after years of operation.
